With more than 30 years at Blue Technologies, President Paul Hanna has played a key role in shaping the company’s growth and long-term vision. As one of the company’s founders, what began as a startup has evolved into a trusted technology partner under his leadership, driven by a strong focus on growth, team development, and building a culture of success.
Paul is passionate about developing managers and sales representatives, believing that investing in people is the foundation of a strong business. His leadership has helped Blue Technologies grow steadily while maintaining a people-first approach for both employees and clients.
Before joining Blue Technologies, Paul worked in the office equipment industry in sales, where he built the experience and industry knowledge that would later support Blue’s expansion. He earned his BA from Purdue University and continues to lead with a practical, hands-on mindset. Outside of work, Paul enjoys hunting, fishing, and land management.

With more than 31 years at Blue Technologies, Division President of Print Billy Nelson has been instrumental in driving the company’s sales growth and long-term success. As one of the company’s founders, he leads the sales organization with a strong focus on building relationships, developing talent, and consistently delivering results for both customers and the company.
Billy is passionate about meeting new customers and helping businesses find technology solutions that support their goals. Throughout his career at Blue Technologies, he has taken pride in building and maintaining a strong team culture, keeping core team members together while continuing to recruit and mentor new sales professionals to help them grow both personally and professionally.
Before joining Blue Technologies, Billy worked at another technology equipment dealership, where he built the sales and industry experience that continues to shape his leadership today. He studied Sales and Marketing at Ohio University and believes in leading from the front by staying actively involved with customers and the sales process. Outside of work, Billy enjoys golfing and attending sporting events.

With 30 years at Blue Technologies, Regional Director of Sales David Morrill has been a key leader in the company’s sales growth and development. As one of the company’s founders, he oversees sales operations for the Toledo and Youngstown branches, focusing on driving revenue, achieving budget goals, and mentoring sales professionals to reach their full potential.
David is passionate about teaching, motivating, and helping others grow both personally and professionally. He takes pride in being part of the disciplined, highly trained, and motivated team that helped shape Blue Technologies into the company it is today. His leadership style is rooted in accountability, teamwork, and creating opportunities for others to build a better quality of life through success in sales.
Before joining Blue Technologies, David spent eight years working alongside Paul Hanna and Billy Nelson in the same industry, building the foundation for a career centered around leadership and customer relationships. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Education and continues to bring a teacher’s mindset to his leadership approach. Outside of work, David has spent more than 30 years playing Santa Claus for children at Ohio Guidestone and enjoys hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and scuba diving.

With more than 14 years at Blue Technologies, Chief Financial Officer Clara Nader has played a key role in supporting the company’s financial strength and operational growth. She oversees all accounting, financial, and treasury functions while also managing operations, warehouse logistics, human resources, and vendor partnerships, helping ensure the business runs efficiently across every department.
Clara values the strong sense of family, trust, and shared values that define Blue Technologies’ culture. She is passionate about helping people grow in their careers while finding ways to improve efficiency and create long-term value for the company. Her leadership approach combines financial expertise with a people-first mindset that supports both employees and the organization as a whole.
Before joining Blue Technologies, Clara served as CFO for a food distribution company, worked in public accounting as a tax manager, and held a controller role for a group of restaurants. She earned her degree from Cleveland State University and brings decades of financial and operational experience to her role. Outside of work, Clara has served as a church treasurer for more than 22 years and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

With nearly 30 years at Blue Technologies, Vice President of Service Eddy Kromar has been a driving force behind the company’s service operations. He leads teams across all branches, overseeing customer service support, parts inventory management, scheduling, and cross-department collaboration to ensure customers receive responsive and reliable service every day.
Eddy is passionate about supporting the front-line employees who work directly with customers to resolve challenges and keep businesses running smoothly. One of his proudest accomplishments has been building a world-class service department with exceptional employee tenure, creating a culture built on teamwork, consistency, and long-term commitment.
Before joining Blue Technologies, Eddy spent 13 years managing service operations within the same industry at another company, gaining the experience and leadership skills that continue to guide his approach today. He attended a local technical and trade school and believes in leading through service, accountability, and support for others. Outside of work, Eddy volunteers through his church and actively supports military veterans both locally and nationally.

With more than 15 years at Blue Technologies, Division President of IT Lauren has helped lead the company’s continued growth and evolution. She oversees the sales, service, and day-to-day operations of the Smart Solutions division, driving initiatives across managed IT, cybersecurity, automation, communications, and print solutions while building a high-performing team focused on innovation and customer success.
Lauren is passionate about creating strategies that improve the customer experience and solve complex business and technology challenges. She takes pride in helping grow Blue Technologies’ managed services division and building a team that consistently delivers solutions where others may have thought none existed. Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to helping both employees and customers succeed.
Before joining Blue Technologies, Lauren worked in payroll sales, where she developed the customer-focused approach that continues to guide her leadership today. She attended Baldwin Wallace University and believes in staying adaptable in an ever-changing technology landscape. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family through camping, hiking, traveling, and outdoor adventures.

With 26 years at Blue Technologies, Director of Administration Rachell Johns has been a driving force behind the company’s administrative operations and customer-focused processes. She oversees key functions including contracts, supplies, billing, and customer service, helping ensure the organization operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for customers.
Rachell thrives on the variety and continuous learning that come with her role. She enjoys staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends, embracing new challenges and opportunities to grow. Throughout her career at Blue Technologies, she has taken pride in developing people, building successful programs, and creating processes that drive measurable results. One of her most significant accomplishments was establishing the company’s Contracts Division, along with implementing initiatives that have strengthened operations and delivered greater value to customers.
Before joining Blue Technologies, Rachell worked in contract management, where she developed the organizational and problem-solving skills that continue to support her success today. Her educational background includes studies in Chicago, Illinois, and Wisconsin, and she brings a passion for growth, innovation, and service to everything she does. Outside of work, Rachell enjoys reading, visiting museums and libraries, attending sporting events and concerts, volunteering in her community, and mentoring young adults.

With four years at Blue Technologies, Director of Training and Recruiting Debbie Spencer has made a significant impact, helping attract, develop, and support the people who drive the company’s success. Her responsibilities span new hire training, recruiting, marketing development, sales support, CRM administration, and company event and travel coordination, making her a key contributor across multiple areas of the business.
Debbie’s favorite part of working at Blue Technologies is the opportunity to learn something new every day and collaborate with a talented team. She takes pride in the growth opportunities she has experienced since joining the company, expanding her role from corporate trainer into recruiting, sales support, and marketing. For Debbie, success is measured by the ability to take on new challenges, build programs, support employees, and contribute to the company’s continued growth in meaningful ways.
Before joining Blue Technologies, Debbie spent 37 years in the fitness, wellness, and sports performance industry, serving in a variety of leadership, coaching, sales, and operational roles. Throughout her career, she developed high-performing teams, managed budgets, drove revenue growth, and led strategic initiatives. She attended The University of Toledo and brings a passion for people development and lifelong learning to her role every day. Outside of work, Debbie volunteers at her local church, is a former marathon runner, and enjoys spending time on the water—her favorite place to relax and recharge.

With six years at Blue Technologies, IT Service Manager Eric Hester has played a key role in delivering exceptional IT support and service. He oversees service delivery, incident and problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring clients receive reliable, responsive support while driving operational excellence across the IT services team.
Eric is passionate about building strong teams and creating processes that lead to consistent success. He takes particular pride in developing technicians, refining service operations, and helping his team achieve targeted service level agreements month after month. The strong relationships he has built within the BTSS team and the growth of the people around him are among the accomplishments he values most.
Before joining Blue Technologies, Eric began his IT career as a helpdesk technician, where he discovered his passion for technology and customer support. He attended University of Phoenix and has continued to build on that foundation through leadership, training, and service management. Outside of work, Eric coaches AAU basketball and enjoys exploring his passion for music and audio engineering, spending time both on the court and behind the soundboard.
